World Book Day 2022!
World Book Day- Thursday 3rd March 2022
YAY :) Last year we missed celebrating World Book Day due to Covid... so this year we are ready to make the most of it!
- Get Caught Reading Challenge
- Pyjama Day
The 'Get Caught Reading' challenge involves taking a photo of your child reading in an imaginative place. Email your pictures to cwoods051@c2kni.net before 3.00pm Tuesday 2nd March. These photos will be put into a video for the pupils to watch in class and then uploaded to the school website. Those who send pictures will have their name entered into a draw for a prize!
PYJAMA DAY- as resquested by the School Council. Pupils are asked to wear their Pyjamas to school on Thursday 3rd March to celebrate World Book Day. Most of us love reading when we are cosy at home in our PJs, therefore we thought it would be a good idea to get comfortable in school for lots of fun with books. Pupils can bring in a copy of their favourite Bedtime story! Teachers have lots of lovely activities planned for 25th Anniversary of WBD...we will post some photos next week :)
