Dear Parents and school community
Like you all we are appalled by the events unfolding in Ukraine. Whilst our older pupils are very aware of it and in many cases worried, we are trying to play down the seriousness of it. This evening whilst browsing social media, I noticed that The Port in Portaferry run by Cathal and Mary Arthurs are running a draw which will be held on Tuesday evening next week. Tickets priced at £1 can be purchased in St Mary’s on Monday and Tuesday. You may have already made a donation so please don’t feel you have to send monies in with your child. We are simply trying to provide an opportunity for any one who wishes to contribute! Details of the draw are attached! We also intend to run our normal Lenten fundraising for Trocaire!
