As the Christmas term comes to a close, we wanted to take the opportunity to say a massive thank you for your support!
It has been a busy term of fundraising:
Over £1300 raised from non-uniform Fridays and the Halloween Disco.
£673 raised from the Christmas Wreath Workshop and Fair.
£814 raised at the Raffle.
We completed the Pollinators Through Art Project, which was funded by the Arts Council NI and the National Lottery.
ASDA Foundation has funded a Snack Club for the whole school. This will start again in the New Year.
And we are very grateful to Ards and North Down Borough Council & Department for Communities who have just accepted our application for a "Winter Savers" Project. We will share details of this in the New Year, but we aim to offer snack club to all pupils in School, to work with Peninsula Healthy Living to host a cookery class and offer fuel vouchers to families who need them.
In addition we would like to thank local businesses that have supported PSG and the school this term; including Rose & Wildflower, The PORTICO, Centra at Cloughey, Joy McMillan Hair, Gilmore's Bar, Kelti Candles and Eurospar Kircubbin.
Finally, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy & Healthy New Year from all at St Mary's PSG.
