We are delighted that we have Officially opened our Award Winning Pollinator Garden.
We were pleased to welcome Deputy Mayor Cllr Hannah Irwin, Cllr Joe Boyle, Cllr Peter Wray and Ald Adair to school for the opening. We were also pleased to see mummies, daddies and grannies come along.
We hoisted our Green Flag and presented our Awards to Eco-Pupil of the Year Áine Dowd and Eco-Teacher of the Year Mrs Coleman and Mrs McAree. These are overall award winners for Northern Ireland, so we are unbelievably proud.
Thanks again to Joanna and David Dowd and Mr Dorrian and our Eco-Committee for spear-heading this project.
