Louise and Shona (local librarians from Portaferry library)visited P6 today. The whole visit centred around our topic of “The Vikings”, with an emphasis on Vikings in our local area. They brought a wonderful display and photographs of artefacts found in Kircubbin. We had a fun quiz and learnt so much more about Vikings. Shona read an extract from “How to Kill a Dragon” which we all thoroughly enjoyed.
