P6 investigated how to find the area of a triangle by calculating the area of a rectangle first… then cutting it diagonally in half. This made two right-angled triangles. The area of the triangle was half the area of the rectangle!
They then found a quicker way..half the base multiplied by the height😊🔻🔺📐
