P6 were given the challenge of finding the best material for a winter coat. Which material would be the best insulator? They tested wool, tin-foil, foam and cardboard. They designed the experiment themselves, insulating each cup of hot water and recording each temperature over a period of 15 minutes. Overall cotton wool was the best. Super science work P6!
