Gratitude Journal

This little journal, may help to increase happiness and lower stress, provides the opportunity for the children to think about and record some of their personal ‘positives’.

If you have printing facilities brilliant, but if not just encourage your child to make an entry in an exercise book, a jotter or even a personal diary. Being focused on the positive may well increase happiness and lower anxiety.
