Thank you to Leah from Action Mental health for visiting our P5,6 and 7 classes. It was very helpful and reminded us about how to ask for help, how to relax and appreciate the good things.
Each pupil now has a 'my healthy me reminder book'.
The staff will also be receiving Mental Health training.
